Vissla Eco Tees: Organic Cotton, Hemp & Recycled Plastic
An eco tee shouldn't feel like a compromise, and ours don't. Organic cotton, hemp and recycled-plastic fibres are blended for softness and durability, then printed with the same art-led graphics found across the range. Comfort and conscience, in one t-shirt. They're the lowest-impact end of the wider T-Shirts range, and the tee equivalent of our Eco Shirts.
What Makes Them Different
The materials do the work: organically grown cotton, hemp that needs less water and land, and polyester reclaimed from plastic bottles rather than spun from oil. Lower impact at the fibre, not as an afterthought, and the same thinking that runs through our Eco Shorts and Eco-Lastics.
Why It Matters
Cotton is one of the thirstiest crops on the planet, and conventional polyester is just oil in another form. Choosing organic cotton, hemp and recycled plastic chips away at both problems at once, with less water drawn, fewer chemicals sprayed and plastic kept out of landfill and ocean. None of it costs you comfort: these are still soft, hard-wearing, everyday tees, just built to tread a little lighter.
