There is a specific indignity to dragging a cold, damp wetsuit over your shoulders in a dark seafront car park, and the New Seas exists to end it. The Axxe U-Zip opens shoulder to shoulder for a wide, civilised entry, then seals flat against any flushing the moment you are in. Beneath the clever zip sits a genuinely warm, properly stretchy limestone suit, the kind you stop noticing until you are grateful for it. Getting in and out, the least glamorous part of surfing, finally stops being a wrestling match.
The U-Zip complete closure does three things:
• Increases range of motion with minimal layers around the neck and shoulders, making it far easier to paddle.
• Makes the suit easier to get on and off than any chest zip on the market.
• Seals the entry shoulder to shoulder to prevent flushing.

• Feather-Foam: significantly less weight, more flexibility and superior comfort. Feather-Foam Japanese limestone-based neoprene contains recycled oyster shells, recycled rubber and eco-carbon black.
• The most flexible high-performance Recycled Ridiculous Rubber jersey used in any of our wetsuits, so stretchy it is silly: the softest, stretchiest upper torso and arms for an unrestricted full range of motion.
• Body panels include Recycled Rebound jersey, eco-friendly, lighter and flexible, with all anti-fade stretch jerseys laminated using solvent-free AquaA water-based lamination in Bluesign-approved mills.
• Thermal Fever Fiber lining adds stretch, insulates heat and dries fast.

• Treat with special care. Rinse the wetsuit thoroughly inside and out with fresh water.
• Hang dry in a cool, shaded spot, out of direct sunlight. When changing, avoid standing on the wetsuit.

Eco Carbon Black
Carbon Black, one of the key ingredients of neoprene, can now be made from scrap rubber tires. This significantly reduces energy consumption and cuts CO2 emission by 200g per wetsuit.
AquaA Water Based Glue
Aqua Alpha lamination glue is water based and completely solvent free with no harmful chemicals. Aqua Alpha replaces traditional solvent based glues in the lamination process which usually harm the health of the workers and the environment.
Limestone Based Neoprene
We used earth mined limestone to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene. It comes from nature and has less environmental impact.
Dope Dyed Yarn
All black, dark grey, and navy wetsuits, black inside liners, & Neo 2.0 super stretch black tape are dope dyed. Dope-dying infuses dye pigments into molten plastic solution to produce colored yarns without dying process. This saves tremendous amounts of water while reducing energy consumption and water pollution.

Anatomically correct engineered body lines allow for unrestricted warmth and performance.
Durable & Water Tight
Chest zip entry creates minimal bulk with contoured watertight design. Seams are triple hand glued, double blind stitched. Knee pad is anatomically correct, flexible, and strong.
